Transform your journey with chronic illness—one mindful stitch, brushstroke, or bead at a time.
If you’re living with a chronic illness, it can feel like a lot to carry on your own. I know from personal experience how isolating and frustrating it can be. That’s why we created the Crafting and Chronic Illness Therapy Group—a space where you can connect with others who really get it.
